CPC必須基于CPSC認(rèn)可的第三方檢測實驗室檢測結(jié)果；
由銷售商簽發(fā)CPC，第三方實驗室可以提供協(xié)助起草CPC；
兒童產(chǎn)品必須符合所有相關(guān)的安全規(guī)則及條列；
